How often should I have a service?

To keep everything spinning smoothly we suggest a Bronze level service every 6 months, depending on usage, or a Silver service once a year. Alternatively, opt for an annual Gold level service to keep your pride & joy running like a Swiss watch.

Regular services ensure crucial components such as brakes, gears and tyres are inspected, adjusted and lubricated as needed - prolonging the lifespan of your bike and minimising the risk of unexpected breakdowns… after all nobody likes to be stuck waiting for a rescue.

What we offer.

We have a simple service menu, offering three core service packages that cover all the essentials. Which one is right for you and your bike will depend on how many miles you’ve clocked up and how long it’s been since your last service.

Our mechanics are fully trained to the latest standards, products and software updates. Our Bridport workshop is fully equipped with bicycle specific tools from Park Tool Co. and the latest eBike diagnostic equipment.
